This policy covers purchases made on onedollarplanet.app. One Dollar Planet is operated by IE Sergei Filkov — Sergei Filkov, an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) registered in Georgia. Our orders are processed by our payment partner, an online reseller that is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It runs the checkout, sends your receipt, handles tax and processes refunds.

Refund requests are handled by our payment partner, the Merchant of Record for your order, under its refund policy and buyer terms, shown at checkout and linked in your receipt.

To ask for a refund, use the link in your receipt. You can also write to support@onedollarplanet.app, and we will pass your request on.

A place on the planet is a digital service that starts as soon as it is paid. Before paying, you confirm that you want it to start right away and that it is not refunded once it has started.

Where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from a contract, your request to start right away affects that right as that law provides. Our payment partner’s refund policy explains how this works in each region.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country — for example, if a place is not provided as described.

If a paid place cannot run or cannot be seen through no choice of yours — for example, a project is declined in review before its booked period, or a booked country cannot be kept — the value of the time not provided becomes credit in your account. Credit pays first for your next purchases; it has no cash value and is not paid out.

If our payment partner refunds a payment, or the payment is charged back, the places it bought are removed from the planet, and no credit is given for them.

No term renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel: nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
